Every young person stepping out of university carries knowledge and expectations, but it is only when entering the real working environment that they truly understand the spirit of “learning to do”. For Trần Văn Lập, the internship at Green Food Joint Stock Company was a meaningful milestone – a place where he could experience real work rhythm, develop professional thinking, and define a direction for his future career.

Starting with the first real tasks
During his internship at Green Food, Lập had the opportunity to directly participate in various practical activities such as assisting with jelly preparation, product packaging, supporting R&D tasks, and especially accompanying the R&D department in several important projects.
These experiences not only helped Lập understand the real production processes of a business but also built a strong foundation for his professional journey ahead.
A memorable first experience contributing to a new product
One of Lập’s most unforgettable experiences was being involved in the complete process of launching a new product. From planning, preparing documents, coordinating with departments, to monitoring market feedback – each stage brought valuable real-world lessons. The moment he saw a product he contributed to being welcomed by customers filled him with pride and motivation to continue improving himself.
Green Food – a learning environment for well-rounded growth
Throughout this journey, in addition to the guidance from company mentors, Senior Advisor and University Lecturer Ms. Đặng Thị Yến played a significant role in bridging academic knowledge and real-world production practices, helping students enter the business environment with the right mindset and strong foundation from day one.
For Lập, Green Food is a dynamic environment full of opportunities to grow. During his internship, he developed essential skills such as:
Communication and teamwork, by constantly collaborating with different departments
Time management and task handling, especially when managing multiple assignments at once
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly when issues arose in the packaging line or production process
A supportive culture – the defining experience at Green Food
What impressed Lập the most was not just the work itself but Green Food’s company culture: open, supportive, and always willing to share experience.
Even as an intern, Lập always felt welcomed and carefully guided by colleagues. More importantly, the leadership was open to hearing perspectives from new members, which made him feel respected and motivated to contribute even more.
After the internship, deciding to continue and become a full-time employee at Green Food came naturally to Lập. Green Food is a workplace with a clear development direction, meaningful products that bring positive value to the community, and most importantly – opportunities for growth and the trust given to young talent.
This is why Lập wishes to stay and continue contributing to the company in the future.

Lập shared a message for students preparing for their internships:
“Be proactive and don’t be afraid to learn. Internship time is the stage to try, to make mistakes, and to grow. Don’t hesitate to ask questions, take on new assignments, or try areas you’ve never done before. If you have the right attitude and the desire to improve, you’ll gain more than you expect – not only knowledge but also real career opportunities later on.”
