Graduating and stepping into the real working environment is always a special milestone for every young person. For Cao Thị Hồng Yến, that journey began at Green Food – Food & Beverage Joint Stock Company, a business not only known for the quality of its products but also recognized as “a land that nurtures young talent,” where many interns have grown from their very first hands-on experiences.
Throughout this process, Yến was fortunate to receive guidance from Senior Advisor – University Lecturer, Ms. Đặng Thị Yến, who helped bridge the gap between academic theory and practical work, enabling Yến to clearly identify her strengths and shape her professional working style right from the starting point.

Real job experiences and lessons learned from each working day
Since mid-August 2025, Yến has taken on the position of QC (quality control) – a job that requires carefulness, accuracy, and a high sense of responsibility. From the very first days, Yến had the opportunity to get involved in actual work, experience energetic shifts at the factory, and especially receive dedicated support from senior colleagues. For Yến, every working day at Green Food was a new page – full of challenges but also full of motivation.
There were times when Yến made mistakes – something unavoidable for a newcomer – but what she truly appreciated was that mistakes were not something that led to blame or discouragement. Instead, they became valuable lessons thanks to the patient guidance of those around her. This helped Yến gradually improve her skills, adjust her working methods, and become more confident day by day.
The companionship of Ms. Đặng Thị Yến – a motivation to move further
When talking about her journey, Yến always expresses deep appreciation for Ms. Đặng Thị Yến – University Lecturer & Senior Advisor at Green Food. Not only did she teach knowledge, but she also closely accompanied students and interns, helping them connect theory with practice, understand the profession correctly, work professionally, and grow steadily. Thanks to this companionship, Yến was able to clearly identify her career direction, recognize what she needed to improve, and gain confidence in the path she chose.
Throughout her working process, what impressed Yến the most was the people-centered culture at Green Food: friendly, sincere, welcoming, and always ready to support one another. There was no distance between old and new employees, no invisible pressure, and no hesitation in communication. Each working day for Yến was a day filled with inspiration, respect, and encouragement to become better.

After graduating, Yến hopes to continue her long-term journey with Green Food. Because this is not only the place where her career began but also the environment that helped her grow, learn, receive guidance, and be trusted. Yến wishes to contribute even more to the company – as a way to express gratitude to those who have accompanied and supported her throughout her internship period.
The journey is still long, but with the strong foundation built from her early days at Green Food, Cao Thị Hồng Yến believes that she has chosen the right place to begin and the right environment to grow…
